Plans & Billing

This guide explains everything you need to know about choosing a plan, paying for your subscription, and managing your billing — no technical knowledge required.

Choosing a Plan

The right plan depends on how many chatbots you need, how much conversation volume you expect, and which platforms (Telegram, Zalo, Facebook) your customers use. Start with a smaller plan and upgrade anytime — your data is always preserved and new limits take effect immediately.

Which plan is right for you?

  • Starter — Perfect for individuals or teams evaluating the platform at no cost.
  • Basic — Best for small businesses that need multiple chatbots, CRM, all messaging platforms, and agentic automation.
  • Standard — Ideal for growing teams that need API access, intent detection, and advanced workflow automation.
  • Premium — Built for high-volume operations running many bots across all platforms.
  • Enterprise — For large organizations with custom requirements and dedicated support needs.

Billing Cycles

All paid plans support two billing options. You can pay monthly or yearly:

  • Monthly — Billed each month. Flexible if your needs change often.
  • Yearly — Billed once per year, roughly 20% cheaper than paying monthly. The price shown for yearly plans is the equivalent monthly rate.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • You can switch billing cycles when you upgrade your plan.

Payment Methods

The system automatically detects your location and shows the payment options available to you.

  • Vietnamese users see two options: bank transfer via QR code (VND) and credit/debit card via Polar.sh (USD).
  • International users see credit/debit card only via Polar.sh (USD).

Paying via Card (Polar.sh)

Polar.sh is a secure global payment processor that accepts major credit and debit cards.

  1. Go to Subscription and choose your plan.
  2. Select Yearly or Monthly billing.
  3. Click Pay with Card.
  4. You are redirected to Polar.sh's secure checkout page.
  5. Enter your card details and confirm the payment.

Your subscription is activated immediately after the payment is processed. No additional verification steps are required.

Paying via Bank Transfer (Vietnam only)

Bank transfer is a convenient payment option for Vietnamese users who prefer to pay in VND through their local banking app.

  1. Go to Subscription and choose your plan.
  2. Click Pay via Bank Transfer.
  3. A QR code and bank account details appear on screen.
  4. Open your banking app, scan the QR code or enter the details manually, and transfer the exact amount shown.
  5. Your subscription activates automatically within a few minutes once the transfer is detected.

Important: Transfer the exact amount displayed — any difference in the amount will delay activation.

Important: Include the payment reference code shown on screen in the transfer description field. This is how the system matches your transfer to your account.

Upgrading Your Plan

What Happens When You Upgrade

Upgrading is seamless and there is no downtime. The unused days remaining on your current plan are calculated and credited toward the cost of your new plan. You only pay the prorated difference — not the full price. Your new plan's features and limits are available immediately after payment.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to the Subscription page.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select the new plan and your preferred billing cycle.
  4. Review the cost preview — it shows your proration credit and the final amount due.
  5. Choose your payment method and complete the payment.

Tip: The cost preview shows your exact credit before you pay. You always know what you owe before confirming.

What Happens When Your Plan Expires

Grace Period (3 Days)

After your subscription expires, you have a 3-day grace period before any changes take effect:

  • All features continue working normally during this period.
  • You will receive reminder emails at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiry so you have time to renew.

After the Grace Period

If you do not renew within the grace period, your account automatically downgrades to the Starter plan:

  • Chatbots beyond the Starter limit (1 chatbot) are disabled and stop responding.
  • Knowledge documents beyond 1 are hidden (not deleted).
  • Platform connections beyond the Web widget are deactivated.
  • CRM and Intent Detection features stop working.

Note: Your data is never deleted. The moment you upgrade again, all your chatbots, documents, and settings are restored automatically.

Re-activating After a Downgrade

  1. Go to Subscription and purchase a plan.
  2. Your chatbots and settings are restored automatically.
  3. Platform connections (Telegram, Zalo, Facebook) may need to be manually re-activated in the Integrations settings.

Understanding Message Quotas

Each plan includes a monthly message allowance that determines how many AI-generated responses your chatbots can send. Your message quota resets on the 1st of each month. The quota counts AI responses sent by your chatbots — not the messages sent by your customers. When the quota is reached, your chatbots stop responding and show a polite "service unavailable" message to customers. Track your current usage at any time on the Subscription page.

Tip: If you regularly hit your quota before month-end, your monthly usage stats on the Subscription page can help you decide whether to upgrade.

Viewing Payment History

The platform keeps a complete record of all transactions associated with your account.

  1. Go to Subscription and open the Payment History tab.
  2. Each entry shows the payment date, plan name, amount, payment method, and status.
  3. Every payment includes a reference number you can use if you need to contact support about a charge.

Canceling / Not Renewing

There is no cancellation button to click — subscriptions simply expire if you do not renew them.

  • After the grace period ends, your account automatically moves to the free Starter plan.
  • You keep access to your data; nothing is deleted.
  • If you believe you are owed a refund, contact our support team with your payment reference number.

Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with large teams, high message volumes, or specific compliance requirements. If the Premium plan's limits are not enough for your operation, Enterprise removes all caps and adds personalized support.

  • Custom pricing tailored to your usage and team size.
  • Unlimited chatbots, knowledge documents, and messages.
  • Dedicated support with faster response times.
  • Access to all platform integrations and the external API.
  • Priority onboarding and migration assistance.
